Job Summary

A Caregiver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers, ensuring the agency has a reliable and compassionate workforce to support our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified caregivers and healthcare staff
  • Post and manage job advertisements across job boards, social media, and community channels
  • Actively source candidates through referrals, networking, and recruiting events
  • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and credential verification
  • Ensure all hires meet Pennsylvania state and agency compliance requirements
  • Manage new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding and orientation
  • Maintain accurate records of applicants, hires, and recruitment activities
  • Track hiring progress and contribute ideas to improve recruiting strategies and candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or healthcare hiring (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring needs simultaneously
