Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Multiple Cases Available
Location: Throughout Schuylkill County, PA (Pottsville, Minersville, Tamaqua, Deer Lake, and surrounding areas)
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour (Depending on case match) + $150 Sign-On Bonus!
Schedule: Multiple options available! Full-Time & Part-Time openings, including Monday–Friday set day shifts (10 AM – 6 PM) and flexible evening hours.

What We Look For
- Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (ID/DD) is required. 1+ years of experience is an excellent bonus!
- Traits: Patient, goal-oriented, dependable, and a strong communicator.
- Education & Age: High school diploma or equivalent (Must be 18+).
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are required to support community-based activities and client transit.
