Caregiver Supervisor
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and proactive Caregiver Supervisor to support both caregivers and clients in a hybrid role. This position plays a key role in maintaining caregiver compliance, facilitating client-caregiver matches, and serving as a primary point of contact for ongoing support.
This is a field-based hybrid position that requires a fair amount of travel. The Caregiver Supervisor will regularly travel to client homes, caregiver meet-and-greets, field visits, trainings, and other locations throughout the assigned service area. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing office, remote, and field responsibilities and has reliable transportation.
Duties:
- Facilitate meet and greets between caregivers and clients to ensure a strong match
- Provide ongoing support to caregivers and clients, addressing concerns and problem-solving as needed
- Monitor and maintain caregiver compliance, including credentials, trainings, and required documentation
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new caregivers
- Conduct caregiver check-ins, coaching, and performance support
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with office team regarding scheduling, staffing needs, and updates
- Assist with caregiver trainings and provide ongoing education/support
- Complete regular field visits for introductions, caregiver/client support, trainings, and issue resolution
- Travel throughout the assigned service area as needed to support caregivers and clients
- Document interactions and updates in company systems
Qualifications:
- Experience in home care, healthcare, or human services preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a supportive leadership approach
- Basic computer skills and ability to manage documentation
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned service area
- Must be comfortable spending a significant portion of the workweek in the field, depending on caregiver and client needs
- Ability to work remotely, in-office, and in the field
- Must be responsive and available to support caregivers and clients as needed
