Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Mondays & Fridays (11 AM – 5 PM)
Location: Tamaqua, PA and surrounding areas
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour + $150 Sign-On Bonus!
Schedule: Part-time, Mondays and Fridays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM (12 hours per week)

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to build a trusted one-on-one connection with a male client in the Tamaqua area. This predictable, daytime schedule is perfect for someone looking to make a meaningful impact two days a week.

What We Look For
- Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (ID/DD) is required. 1+ years of experience is an excellent bonus!
- Traits: Patient, encouraging, dependable, and a strong communicator.
- Education & Age: High school diploma or equivalent (Must be 18+).
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to assist with client transportation in the community.
