Caregiver Supervisor

Independent Home Health is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate leader to join our team!
Are you someone who loves helping people, solving problems, and being there when others need support? As a Caregiver Supervisor, you’ll be the connection between our caregivers, clients, families, and office team. You’ll spend time in the field, build relationships, and make a real difference in the care we provide.
What You’ll Do
- Visit clients in their homes and coordinate caregiver meet-and-greets
- Build strong, supportive relationships with our caregivers
- Be a go-to resource when caregivers have questions or concerns
- Check in with clients and families to ensure they are happy with their services
- Help solve problems and address concerns quickly and professionally
- Support caregiver's ongoing success
- Communicate with the office team and help keep services running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, or supervision is a plus
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, professional, and compassionate attitude
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
What We Offer
- $50,000–$55,000 Annual Salary

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
